Enquiry delivery is handled server-side. The site may also use a Helpdot chat widget, consent-based Google Analytics and optional YouTube or Instagram content. Third-party content can receive technical information when it is loaded.
Where consent is required for analytics or embedded media, you can decline it and still use the core booking route.
Retention, rights and contact
Personal information is retained only as needed for enquiries, bookings and applicable legal or business requirements. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your information and may raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
